REMEMBER TO ASK POLITELY
When dealing with customers (tourists, guests, etc), it is very important to be polite to them so that they feel that they are being treated in a special way.
Indirect Questions in English allow us to be able to ask certain questions while sounding more polite than if we used a simple direct question.
